The short version
Bought something and regret it within two weeks? You get your money back. Subscribed and want out? Cancel any time, keep what you paid for until it runs out. We're not in the business of keeping money from collectors who've changed their minds.
One-off purchases
Japanese Unlock and Founding Hunter are single payments. Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the lot, no reason needed. After 14 days a refund is at our discretion, but if something was genuinely broken, write to us — we're reasonable. A refunded Japanese Unlock takes the Japanese pockets away again; your ticks on them stay in your account in case you come back.
Subscriptions (Full Works)
- Cancel any time from your account settings. No email needed, no retention call.
- You keep Full Works until the end of the month or year you've already paid for. We don't cut you off early.
- Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for that payment back in full, as well as cancelling.
- After that, we don't refund part-used months or years. Cancel, and the renewal simply doesn't happen.
- When it ends, the Japanese pockets hide again but every tick you made on them is kept, and comes straight back the day you resubscribe.
Founding Hunter
Founding is capped at fifty. If, because two people clicked at the same moment, we end up with a fifty-first paid order, we refund it in full and tell you. The usual 14-day refund applies to Founding like any other one-off purchase; after that it's yours for life, tied to your account.
How to ask
Email hello@getsethunter.com from the address on your account and say which purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually land within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live. If your local law gives you more than we've written here, you get the more.
